About This Game

November 2003. A Soviet-era apartment block on Builders Street. The intercom rings again.

The visitor gives a familiar name and asks to come in. Their photo is in the resident log, and the apartment number matches. So why is their reflection missing on the camera?

Night Concierge is a PS1-style first-person horror game where you decide who gets inside. From a small booth by the entrance, let residents in and keep the “others” out. They look like people. They know the residents’ names. Small details give them away.

Check every visitor

Compare faces and apartment numbers with the resident log. Question visitors over the intercom: an “other” may not know the neighbors or may get the floor wrong. Watch the vestibule cameras — shadows, reflections in the mirror, footprints on the floor.

Call upstairs

No one can be in two places at once. Dial the apartment from the phone on your desk. If the resident picks up at home — who is standing at your door?

Decide who to trust

Exhaustion, bruises, and strange behavior don’t make someone an “other.” Turn away a real resident and you’ll get a complaint — three, and you’re fired. Let an impostor in, and a neighbor disappears. Your decisions shape the residents’ fates and the ending.

Learn the building. Notice what changes.

A cough behind the wall, a slamming door, the hum of the elevator, tea going cold on the desk. Each shift the familiar sounds grow more unsettling, and the building creeps closer: footsteps behind you, a booth door that opens on its own, a hand on the glass, a radio that switches itself on. And when the lights go out, all you have is a flashlight — and whatever it finds in the dark.

Play with your chat

Streamer mode: Twitch viewers vote on who to let in, knock on the window, kill the lights, and jam the cameras. Chat events wait for a pause between visitors and never break the story. In the morning, see who in chat was the sharpest — and who was the most gullible. The final call is still yours.

Someone is waiting outside. Will you open the door?
