About This Game

Monique's Garden Cafe is a simulation and action-adventure game with psychological horror elements. It features a retro visual style inspired by fifth-generation consoles (PS1, N64, Saturn). The game is set in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in southern Brazil.

After a traumatic experience that nearly cost her life, Monique Teneiro decides to open a cafe in the city of Pelotas, Brazil. A new business, a new routine, a chance to finally find peace and rebuild a quiet life with her daughter, Miranda.

But a stranger is far too interested in them.

What seemed like a peaceful refuge becomes the setting for an increasingly disturbing campaign of harassment, with dead bodies, love letters, and scares. As you try to keep the cafe afloat, a stranger threatens to destroy Monique's fragile sense of normalcy.

• Simulation: Play as Monique, explore the open world, go to work, earn money, go fishing, play minigames, take part in events, talk to people, make decisions, and more.

• Nonlinear story: The choices you make affect how the game unfolds and can lead to one of several different endings.

• Fixed camera: The game features a fixed third-person camera system (with some first-person sections). It uses modern camera-relative movement, with the option to switch to classic tank controls.

• Controller support: The game offers native support for PlayStation controllers, Xbox controllers, the Switch Pro Controller, and more.
