About This Game

Tiny Knit is a cozy building game where the whole world is knitted. You shape a small valley out of wool, and every hill and roof is made of stitches you can see up close. Pull the camera back and the valley turns out to be a blanket lying on grandma's table.

There are no goals in Tiny Knit, and you can't lose. Every step can be undone, and anything you make can be unraveled back into yarn.

Build whatever you like

• Drag to raise hills and dig ponds.
  
• Draw a house on the ground and pull its walls up. Then pick its roof and colors.
  
• Paint the ground with colored yarn.
  
• Stitch paths, draw streams and plant trees.

The valley reacts to what you build

Run a path across water and buttons get sewn on to cross it. Dig a pond and a duck arrives with her ducklings. Build a house by a stream and it turns into a mill. The guests and secrets you find go into the pattern book on the table.

Play with the blanket

• Shake it and the animals bounce into the air.
  
• Pinch the cloth to make a tent. When it rains, the sheep hide under it.
  
• Pull the yarn ball and the valley unravels. Let go and it knits itself back.

Animals, weather and seasons

Sheep, cows, chickens and rabbits wander around and look at your cursor. Rare guests come by when they like the place, like an owl at night or a frog by a pond in the rain. Change the season and it spreads across the blanket in a wave. Rain falls as glass beads, and the snow is fluffy mohair.

Grandma's room

A cat sleeps on the table and likes to be petted. There's a radio with a few stations, and your blankets wait on a shelf. Sew on new patches until the blanket is three by three.
