About This Game

A REACTION BATTLE ROYALE

Compete against three other patients in an insane race of reflexes. The commands keep getting faster, and every mistake costs you a heart. Make too many mistakes, and you get a lobotomy.

PUNITIVE PSYCHIATRY

It's the mid-20th century. The walls are peeling, the lamps hum, and the straps on the beds are worn smooth. Officially, you're being treated. In truth, no one here is.

STIMULANTS AND SIDE EFFECTS

Stimulants keep you alive: they restore hearts, slow down time and shield you from attacks. Side effects go to your rivals: they flip and spin the text and speed up the timer.
