Why Early Access?

“Deslot Legends is fully playable today, and we want players on the track with us while we finish the last stretch. Slot racing lives on fine details: how much grip a car has, how hard the bots push, how tracks flow. Feedback from real racers is the best way to get those right. Early Access lets us tune the handling and balance with the community, see which features players care about most, and build the remaining content around that.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Early Access to last around 1–2 months, depending on player feedback and the features the community asks for most.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to expand the game in these areas:

* More content: new circuits, cars and liveries, and more Career events.
* A deeper track editor: more pieces, scenery and tools for building your own layouts.
* A shared track library: browse, race and rate tracks made by other players.
* Cosmetics: more ways to personalize your cars and driver profile.
* Polish from your feedback: fixes, balance changes and quality-of-life improvements based on what players report.

The final scope will be shaped by community feedback, and priorities may shift along the way.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Deslot Legends is fully playable from start to finish. The current version includes:

* 27 circuits, each in 2-lane and 4-lane versions, including 5 tracks inspired by real circuits
* Career mode with tiers, XP, unlockable cars and parts, and car setup tuning
* Quick Race with qualifying, adjustable race length, speed category and number of racers
* Online multiplayer for up to 12 players, with public and private lobbies
* A track editor to build, test and race your own circuits
* Daily, weekly and monthly leaderboards for every track
* Lane changes, pit stops, battery management and bots with distinct driving styles
* Steam achievements, a tutorial, and full keyboard, mouse and controller support
* 7 languages: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Russian

As with any Early Access game, you may run into bugs or balance issues. Please report them, because your feedback directly shapes our updates.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We don't plan to change the price when the game leaves Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Our Discord server is the heart of development: you can report bugs, suggest features, share your custom tracks and talk directly with the developer. There's also a FEEDBACK button on the game's title screen that takes you straight there. We'll also read the Steam forums and reviews, share progress on Reddit and social media, and post regular update notes explaining what changed and why. The features that matter most to players will go to the top of our list.

Deslot Legends brings the thrill of tabletop slot car racing to your screen. The rules are simple: control your speed, stay in the slot, and cross the finish line first.

But mastering the track is anything but simple.

With intuitive one-button controls, every corner becomes a test of judgement. Push too hard and you'll fly off the slot. Back off too much and your rivals will pass you. Find the perfect balance, learn each circuit, and discover just how much speed you can carry.

BUILD YOUR OWN TRACKS

Go beyond the circuits that come with the game and create your own.

Use the track editor to assemble straights, curves, banked sections, ramps, lane changes and more. Shape your layout, customize its scenery, test-drive your creation, and build circuits that challenge you in completely new ways.

TAKE ON THE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Choose from a variety of cups and championships and work your way through multi-race competitions. Different cars, categories and circuits provide new challenges as you chase the top spot.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Deslot Legends was made by a small independent studio with the help of AI coding tools.

Code and tools: An AI coding assistant (Claude) was used to help write the game's code and in-house tooling. A human designed, reviewed, tested and approved all of it.

Translations: The non-English text (Italian, German, French, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish) was translated with AI help.

Art and audio: The 3D models, textures, key art and screenshots were built by hand, made procedurally by our own tools, or rendered in the game engine. No image-generation models were used. The sound effects are synthesized by the game's own code. The main theme and background music tracks were created with AI music-generation tools.

No live AI: The game doesn't generate content with AI while you play. All text, art, audio and opponent behavior are fixed, hand-built systems.
