About This Game

Your Curve never stops moving, and it leaves a solid trail wherever it goes. Touch a trail, even your own, a rival's head or the edge, and you're out.

Curvelicious 2 is the classic curve game, rebuilt in 3D. Box your friends in, slip through the gaps they leave, blast new ones through their trails, and watch out for the course itself. Last Curve alive wins the round. Play 2 to 4 on one screen, or up to 8 online.

Chocolate Lagoon. Trails on the gingerbread bridge don't touch the trails in the chocolate below, so you can drive straight over a rival, or right under them.

Left. Right. Don't crash.

Steering is just left and right. Anyone can pick up a controller and play in seconds, but winning takes practice. Rounds start slow, so pick your line before GO, then cut rivals off, bait them into corners and thread the gaps in their trails. You score 1 point, plus 1 for every rival you outlive.

Power-ups with a bang

Pads kick in the moment you drive over them. Green ones change you, red ones hit every rival, blue ones shake up the whole board. 14 in all, including Faster, Shrink, Reverse Controls, Lights Off, Old Skool's right angles and Clear Curves.

Crates hold Items, and you can carry two at a time.

  • Lob TNT, steer a Rocket, lay a Mine or call in an Airstrike. Every blast leaves a gap in the trails around it

  • Float over trails, break through one with a Shield, or stop dead with the Brake

  • Launch a Gravity Well and it drags every Curve towards it, yours included

Courses that fight back

Six courses in two biomes, Candy and Space, each at Normal or Large size.

  • Dessert Storm: sweets rain down and punch pits in the cake

  • Chocolate Lagoon: ramps up to a gingerbread bridge, slow chocolate where trails sink, and a tide that floods the shore

  • Sunward Deck: solar flares burn lines straight across the deck

  • Relay Station: two platforms adrift in space, teleporters that keep moving, and a bridge that docks for a while and then drops away

  • Cake Plateau and Docking Bay: no tricks, just driving

Couch first, online too

Up to 4 players on one screen. Press a button on a gamepad to join, and one player can use the keyboard. Pick a Head, a Body and a colour, ready up and go.

Online rooms take up to 8 players, and the whole couch can join one together.

  • Browse public rooms, or make a private one and share the code

  • Every match runs on a dedicated server, so nobody gets a host advantage

  • Signed in through Steam, no extra account to make

  • Quick Chat in every online match: GG! Nice one! Sorry!

Your rules

  • Arcade: every Pad and Crate in play

  • Classic: no Pads, no Crates, just driving

  • Custom: set the speed, turning, trail width and gaps, switch any Pad or Item on or off, or pick one of 10 Recipes like Explosives or Wide & Thin

  • Cups: five Cups of three courses each, with your points carried from one course to the next, from the Candy Cup to the all-explosive Boom Cup

Make it yours

Every round earns XP, and new Heads and Bodies unlock as your Account Level goes up. 10 Heads and 18 Bodies, 13 of them animated, and everyone on the couch can wear them. Animated Bodies take your own accent colour, and you can change how their patterns glow and move. 52 achievements to earn.

Good to know

  • 2 to 4 players on one screen, up to 8 online. There is no single-player mode, so you need someone on the couch or other players online

  • Xbox and PlayStation controllers (DualShock 4, DualSense) work straight away, others through Steam Input. One player can use the keyboard

  • With Steam Remote Play Together, friends can join your couch game without owning it

  • Low, Medium and High graphics presets. It runs on older laptops and plays smoothly on Steam Deck

  • Screen shake and rumble can be turned down or off

  • More courses, Heads and Bodies are on the way

Grab a controller, grab a friend, and be the last Curve alive.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

No art, 3D models, music or sound effects in Curvelicious 2 were made with generative AI. The models are built in Blender, and the store images and trailer come from the game itself. The music and sound effects are by musicians and a sound designer from our hometown, with some sounds from free-licence libraries.

We used AI coding assistants to help write the game's code and tools, and to draft some of its on-screen text (menus, the How to Play screen, achievements). We reviewed and edited all of it before it shipped. Nothing is generated by AI while you play.
