About This Game

Turn your camp into a home

Medival Adventure is a medieval survival and settlement-building game in early development. Gather sticks and stones, craft your first tools, mine resources and build your own settlement.

Explore, craft and build

Explore a compact seeded world of meadows, forests, river landscapes and rocky areas. Visit NPC villages, trade with residents and provide for yourself through gathering, hunting and farming. Develop your equipment and talents step by step.

Solo or together

Create a character and play solo with saving and loading. Experimental IP/LAN multiplayer supports up to eight participants. The current test is intended for trusted groups, and the game interface is German.

Closed playtest

Test access is granted through separately distributed Steam Playtest keys. This early build focuses on the opening experience, inventory, crafting and settlement building. Characters, animations, usability, balance and performance are unfinished. Steam friend invites, crossplay and console versions are not included in the current test.

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Medivale Adventure ("Game"), developed and published by MM-Media.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. License Grant

MM-Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to applicable law and platform terms.

You do not acquire ownership of the Game or its intellectual property.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

- Play the Game in single-player and supported multiplayer modes.
- Participate in public and private multiplayer sessions.
- Use officially supported dedicated server functionality.
- Create and share gameplay videos, screenshots, and livestreams, subject to third-party rights and applicable platform policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

- Use unauthorized cheats, exploits, or tools that unfairly disrupt multiplayer gameplay.
- Attack, disrupt, or intentionally overload official game servers.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
- Distribute unauthorized copies of the Game.
- Circumvent technical protection measures in violation of applicable law.

5. Multiplayer and Online Services

Medivale Adventure may provide online multiplayer, public lobbies, and dedicated servers.

Online features may require an internet connection and third-party services.

MM-Media may perform maintenance, introduce updates, and take proportionate action against accounts that violate multiplayer rules.

Permanent availability of online services is not guaranteed.

6. Early Access and Updates

If the Game is distributed through Early Access, you acknowledge that it may contain unfinished features, bugs, balance issues, and changes during development.

Features, gameplay systems, and content may evolve.

This section does not limit statutory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Game, including its original software, artwork, characters, music, and designs, belong to MM-Media or their respective rights holders.

Third-party assets remain subject to their applicable licenses.

8. User-Generated Content

Where the Game supports user-generated content, you remain responsible for content you create or share.

You grant MM-Media a non-exclusive license to use such content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and operate the relevant Game features.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Online functionality may involve processing technical and account-related information.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable, and the relevant privacy notice.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

The Game is provided subject to applicable statutory warranties and consumer protection laws.

MM-Media's liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where applicable.

11. Suspension and Termination

MM-Media may suspend access to online services where reasonably necessary to address serious violations, security threats, or misuse.

Any suspension or termination will be subject to applicable law and consumer rights.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.

Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes to This Agreement

MM-Media may update this Agreement where reasonably necessary, including for legal, technical, or security reasons.

Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory consumer rights.
