# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

### 1. Acceptance of Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and MM-Media ("Developer") governing your use of Medivale Adventure ("Game").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to comply with this EULA, subject to applicable law.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not install or use the Game.
### 2. License Grant
MM-Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Medivale Adventure for personal entertainment purposes.
The Game is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with MM-Media or their respective owners.
Your use of the Game through Steam is also subject to applicable Steam agreements.
### 3. Game Features and Early Access
Medivale Adventure is a medieval fantasy survival and adventure game currently under development.
The Game may be distributed through Steam Early Access.
During Early Access:
- Gameplay features may be incomplete or subject to change.
- Bugs, technical issues, and performance limitations may occur.
- Game mechanics, environments, characters, and progression systems may be modified.
- Updates may affect saved games or compatibility.
- Planned features may change or be discontinued.
MM-Media does not guarantee a specific date for the full release.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
### 4. Multiplayer and Online Services
Medivale Adventure may support single-player, cooperative multiplayer, public and private lobbies, and dedicated servers.
Players agree not to:
- Use unauthorized cheating software to gain unfair advantages.
- Exploit security vulnerabilities to disrupt multiplayer gameplay.
- Intentionally damage, overload, or interfere with game servers.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other players.
- Impersonate developers, moderators, or other players for fraudulent purposes.
MM-Media reserves the right to take reasonable and proportionate action against violations of these rules, subject to applicable law.
Online services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or updates.
### 5. Dedicated Servers
Where officially supported, players may operate private dedicated servers in accordance with applicable server software licenses and documentation.
Server administrators are responsible for the operation and moderation of their own servers.
MM-Media is not responsible for independently operated third-party servers except where liability is required by law.
### 6. Intellectual Property
Medivale Adventure, including its original source code, graphics, characters, game systems, animations, music, designs, and other protected content, is owned by MM-Media or its respective licensors.
Users may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected Game content without appropriate authorization.
Mandatory statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
### 7. User-Generated Content and Modifications
If supported by the Game, players may create modifications, custom content, and community contributions.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
Where necessary to operate community features, users grant MM-Media a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display submitted content for those purposes.
### 8. Streaming and Content Creation
MM-Media permits players to create and share gameplay videos, screenshots, livestreams, reviews, and other original content featuring Medivale Adventure.
Monetization through platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok is generally permitted, provided that:
- Content complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
- The creator does not falsely claim ownership of the Game.
- Third-party intellectual property rights are respected.
- The content does not falsely imply official endorsement by MM-Media.
### 9. Updates and Modifications
MM-Media may provide patches, updates, balance changes, and additional content to improve the Game.
Updates may modify existing gameplay systems and technical requirements.
Any contractual changes and updates remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
### 10. Privacy and Data Protection
Certain online features may require the processing of technical information, account identifiers, and gameplay-related data.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
Further information must be provided in the Game's separate privacy notice.
### 11. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights and mandatory consumer protection provisions remain fully applicable.
MM-Media is liable in accordance with applicable law, including for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
Nothing in this EULA excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law.
### 12. Suspension and Termination
MM-Media may restrict access to online services where reasonably necessary to address serious misconduct, security threats, or violations of this Agreement.
Such measures must be proportionate and consistent with applicable law.
Termination does not affect mandatory statutory rights.
### 13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
### 14. Changes to This Agreement
MM-Media may update this EULA where necessary for legitimate legal, technical, or operational reasons.
Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not override mandatory statutory rights.
