About This Game

Day One on the Job, the Boss Is Watching

A green felt mat covers the desk, lined with rows of face-down cards. Flip a mouse: smash it with a paw and press it into Mouse Chips. Flip a Mean Dog: lose one of your Cat Lives. Lose all three, and you're fired.

The boss is sitting right across from you.

The Mice Will Talk

No mouse wants to end up as Mouse Chips. The moment you pin down a Mouse Informant, it'll scramble to spill where a Mean Dog is hiding. Hover over its tip to highlight the area on the board—which card to flip is entirely up to you.

  • Every board can be solved using clues to find all Mean Dogs—if you lose, don't blame luck
  • Stuck? Use Sniff up to three times per round to peek at a card without flipping it
  • Any unused Sniffs are converted into Mouse Chips when you Clock Out

One Paw Down, the Whole Desk Comes Alive

A red dot from a laser pointer dashes across a row, triggering every card in its path once more. A teaser wand sweeps around, a ball of yarn replays the whole sequence, and catnip jacks up your score multiplier. The longer the chain, the faster it plays, and the numbers on your Mouse Chip jar skyrocket.

  • 58 cat toys with passive effects, sorted by company department to support distinct playstyles
  • Browse the shop between rounds to buy toys, add cards, remove cards, and upgrade your deck
  • Upgrade your laser pointer from sweeping right, to firing both ways, to full crosshair coverage

The Golden Can

Sitting right beside the boss is a Golden Can with a 999 price tag. Buy it within twelve rounds to clear the shift. You pull the tab yourself—and the gleam leaking through the crack hints at just how rare the prize inside really is.

After You Clock Out, There's Field Work

Buy the Golden Can, and the desk flips over. Tucked inside the wall is a black market run by informant mice, selling guns and weapon mods. Pack your heat into the gun case and head out for client pest control.

Little Desk Details

  • The calendar, punch clock, radio, resignation letter—every button is a physical object on the desk
  • Chock-full of cat-and-mouse puns—this little mouse really doesn't want to cash in its chips
  • Look closely, and you might spot a few white hairs on the boss
