Ferro is as a real-time 3D liquid simulation that reacts to sound on your desktop.

Watch the fluid dance, stretch, form spikes and break into droplets in response to your music, sound, or microphone. Choose an existing preset or create your own look with infinitely customizable materials, colors, lighting and movement. Use it in a window, as a transparent desktop overlay or fullscreen.

• Customize the fluid with materials and finishes such as chrome, iridescent, gel, marble, metal, flowing ink and dozens of other visual styles.

• Import custom HDRIs, color look-up tables, and light patterns to dive even deeper into your own look.

• Add effects like magnetic halos, mirrors/reflections, kaleidoscopes and infinity tunnels.

• Explore Orb, Dual Orb (Stereo) and Internal Magnets simulation modes.

• Change the fluid properties, gravity and magnetic forces to shape the movement.

• Read the Windows media now playing info to color the liquid, background and interface.

• Always-on-top, transparency and click-through options for desktop mode.

• Connect a MIDI controller, learn CC mappings and synchronize with MIDI clock.

• Use the A/B transition slider to switch between looks to the beat.

• Automation and quick controls, including scroll wheel and X/Y slider for morphing parameters on the fly.

• Put Ferro on your other monitor, or fill the screen when you want to focus on the visuals.

• Audio can come from Windows playback, microphone input, or the built-in player.
