Owl Skips is a cozy one-button arcade roguelite about a little purple owl trying to survive an increasingly ridiculous game of jump rope.

At first, it’s simple.

Press to charge your jump.
Hold to decide how high you want to go.
Release at the right moment.

That’s it.

Then the upgrades start.

Choose from randomized upgrade cards throughout each run and build combinations that completely change how you play. Jump higher. Fall slower. Flap in midair. Hover. Protect yourself with shields. Push your score multiplier higher.

Or make the rope itself much, much worse.

Reverse its direction. Speed it up. Add double-unders. Add another rope. Then another.

A peaceful nighttime skipping session can quickly turn into an absurd test of timing, reactions, and questionable upgrade decisions.

BUILD SOMETHING RIDICULOUS

Upgrades stack, allowing every run to develop differently. Play it safe and build around mobility and survival, or deliberately make the game harder in exchange for massive scoring potential.

The longer you survive, the more demanding the rope patterns become.
