Daylight Line is a single-player card roguelite that combines three-person party deckbuilding and everyday city life. Take on assignments from the agency with your companions, venture into ever-changing zones, learn new skills, and investigate the mysterious Anomalies emerging around the city. Between investigations, return to the familiar bustle of Daylight City to run your shop and share everyday moments with your companions.

Build Your Investigation Team

Meet characters with distinct personalities and abilities in Daylight City. Choose from at least 12 playable characters to form an investigation team of up to three. Each has their own dedicated deck, outfits, and Live2D animations. After an investigation, spend time in the city and get to know them in their everyday lives.

Cards, Skills, and Team Synergy

Every companion has their own cards, passive abilities, link skills, and burst skills. Playing cards can create opportunities for teammates to link their abilities while building each character’s burst energy. Mix and match characters to find a combination that works for you and face the challenges of the Anomalies.

Explore Distinct Regions

From forests after the rain to abandoned facilities, every investigation area has its own terrain and atmosphere. Changing weather and the cycle of day and night give familiar places a different look. Each visit to an anomaly zone may bring new routes, supplies, and encounters.

Everyday Life Between Investigations

After leaving an anomaly zone, shop for supplies in the shopping district, run your own store, or return to the agency to review what you’ve learned. In these quieter moments, you’ll get to know your companions beyond combat. Put the rewards of each investigation toward character growth and team preparation, then get ready to explore again.

Some in-game visual assets, including battle status icons, were also created with the assistance of generative AI and then processed and integrated by the development team.
