About This Game

A WORD OF WARNING:

Plow-A-Lot is a very specific kind of game.

You're going to plow a LOT of snow. Roads, parking lots, driveways, and entire snowy towns. If spending hours clearing snow sounds relaxing, satisfying, or strangely addictive, you've come to the right place.

But there's more to the storm than just plowing. HQ keeps you company with silly radio chatter that stays fresh for over 80 hours of gameplay. You can give stranded old ladies a ride through the storm, and there are even ghouls and robots to deal with (optional).

So if you're thinking, "Plowing snow sounds boring, but running down ghouls and blasting robots with lasers sounds fun..."

Good news. You can do that too.

Just don't forget: you're still going to be plowing a lot of snow.

It's 5am, the snow is still falling, and the lot has to be clear before anyone arrives. Climb into the cab with your dog, turn the key, and get to work.

Plow at your own pace. Angle the blade, build clean windrows and push the snow off the lot one pass at a time. Work through a 50-level campaign of lots, or head into free play and set the weather, time of day and snow depth yourself. Turn on endless snow for a job that never quite ends, or take a peaceful drive down a country road that goes on forever. Soft piano drifts in now and then while you work, the wind picks up and dies away with the gusts.

Or step it up. In Robot Snowpocalypse, the lot's own maintenance machines have gone rogue, and they're marching on your truck in waves. Keep plowing while you fight back with a roof-mounted laser, ram them with the blade, and watch for armored tanks and dropships. Grab tire chains to grip the ice, and if you're lucky, a flamethrower that melts everything in your path.

Snowball. Take a break from the lot for a two-player snow soccer match. Roll the ball through the snow to grow it, then slam it into your opponent's goal. No second player? Take on the CPU.
