Grab your friends, throw on a white coat and take over the busiest ER in town. Dropout Doctors is a first-person co-op game for up to 4 players: the patients are lining up, the problems are real... your medical degree, not so much. Keep the team talking with built-in voice chat (push-to-talk or voice activation), because things are about to get loud.

You never know what's coming through those doors next. Every patient brings a story you won't believe and a problem only your team can fix. Work fast, work together and maybe, just maybe, everyone goes home in one piece.

Some jobs take two

Some patients need more than one pair of hands. Team up, sync up, pull together... and try not to end up in a heap on the floor. Teamwork has never looked this ridiculous.

Real tools, questionable hands

MRI scanners, X-rays, endoscopes, syringes, casts and a defibrillator: it's all yours. Pick the right tool and you're the hero of the shift. Pick the wrong one... and you'll have a story to tell.

Watch out! Don't get zapped!

The ER is full of hazards, and your teammates are the biggest one. Stand too close when the defibrillator fires and everyone gets to see your skeleton.

Step in the wrong puddle and you're going for a ride.

Mix up the syringes and... POP! Hope you weren't too attached to that clean coat.

Broken bones? Patch them up!

From the floor to the stretcher, from X-ray to a fresh cast, all the way to the wheelchair: every patient is a little adventure. Get them back on their feet (or at least on wheels) and call in the next one!

Got a quiet moment? Fire up the barbecue, line up a shot at the pool table and enjoy it while it lasts. The next ambulance is already on its way!

A patient on fire is sprinting through the halls and the extinguisher is in your hands. Chase them down, put out the flames... then turn around and give your best friend the full ghost treatment!

The developers describe the content like this:

Cartoon comedy set in an emergency room. The slapstick includes defibrillator shocks that flash an X-ray skeleton, players slipping on puddles, and patients who pop into purple goo after the wrong injection. Crude toilet humor: a player can pee in a hallway as a prank, and nothing is shown. No realistic gore, nudity, sexual content, drugs or alcohol. Players can talk over in-game voice chat, which is not moderated.
