Make an ordinary afternoon a little fluffier.

Afternoon Paws is a cozy idle cat café management game. Join café owner Lin Xia and start with a small shop and two cats. Welcome guests, care for your feline companions, and gradually turn your café into a place where everyone wants to linger.

Put your cats on duty and let the café steadily earn coins. Upgrade facilities, unlock new café looks, and save a little time for head pats, gentle grooming, and the little stories that belong to each cat.

24 cats, 24 distinct personalities

Some love company; others prefer their own space. Some are curious about everything, while others just want a sunny spot for a nap.

Gradually unlock 24 cats, choose accessories for each one, earn Companion XP, and discover five stages of bond stories. Albums and keepsake cards record the everyday moments you share. You can also choose a poster cat to become the star of your café.

Let the cats tell stories of their own

Your cats wander, rest, and occasionally approach one another. Their personalities and relationships shape each encounter: they might groom each other, knead contentedly, or have a little disagreement.

Use interaction items from the in-game shop to bring two cats together. Watch who makes the first move and who takes time to warm up, as their relationship changes with each encounter.

A few gentle goals for today

Every cat starts with the same base income, so you can raise your favorites and explore extra bonuses through daily rotating personality combinations. Cat growth, your choice of poster cat, café upgrades, and story progress all help your business grow.

Complete requests, welcome guests, or work toward adopting your next cat. When you return after time away, you can also collect offline earnings up to the game's time limit.

A little grooming, a little care

The Care Cottage opens in Chapter 2. Pick up your tools and work through five gentle steps: wet the fur, apply shampoo, rinse, dry, and brush.

Drag the tools yourself, or turn on easy mode and press and hold to proceed. Completing a session grants a Fresh bonus and Companion XP, with Heart Tickets awarded according to the reward rules. Equipment upgrades shorten the time needed for care.

A new café, a new face at the door

Unlock five café looks with distinct layouts, from the welcoming original café to greenhouse, book-filled, seaside, and bamboo-themed spaces. Grow your shop, unlock furnishings, and choose the decorations that will become part of your everyday surroundings.

Twelve regulars bring familiar greetings, while twelve rare guests appear only when certain conditions are met. Follow the clues, wait for a chance encounter, and collect visit records and messages. Guests who have played with a cat may even mention their new friend in a note.

A story that grows with your café

Six main story chapters gradually unlock as your café develops, following Lin Xia and the shop through illustrations, text, and chapter music. Cat bond stories, albums, guest collections, and a growth journal give you more small milestones to look forward to.
