About This Game

Learn To Rock (Học Cách Chơi Nhạc Rock) is a Vietnam indie game project developed by Trịnh Productions.

Story

Trinh, 23, has left his stable IT job without a clear plan for the future. When he tells his family that he wants to pursue rock music, they do not support his decision. His longtime friend Thao My, however, offers to help turn that impulsive choice into something real: a rock band. Playing as Trinh, you will practice, take on challenges, and recruit musicians to play alongside you.

Explore Trinh’s Everyday Life

Guide Trinh through his apartment, the streets, rehearsal spaces, and a pub in Vietnam in 2026. His journey begins with everyday tasks after leaving his job and gradually brings him closer to the local rock scene and his goal of forming a band.

Talk to Characters and Interact with the World

Speak with Trinh’s family, Thao My, and the people he meets along the way. Interact with objects, travel between locations, and complete objectives to move the story forward. Each encounter helps Trinh understand what it will take to turn his dream of playing rock music into a real plan.

Recruit Members for The Band

A band cannot come together through invitations alone. Meet potential members, learn what matters to them, and prove yourself through rehearsals and jam sessions. Each musician brings a different challenge to the journey of building your lineup.

Play the Rhythm Mode

Rehearsals, jam sessions, and performances become five-key rhythm challenges. Press or hold the correct key as notes reach the target, build combos, and improve your score. With each challenge, Trinh learns to keep the tempo and play alongside the other band members.
