Why Early Access?

“EVENTLOCATION SIMULATOR is already extensive and fully playable, but its many interconnected systems and the freedom it gives players make real player feedback especially valuable.

During Early Access, i want to work together with the community to find bugs, improve balancing and performance, and continue polishing the existing content. Player feedback will also help to decide which areas deserve additional attention before the full release.

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“i currently expect the Early Access period to last approximately 3 to 6 months.

The exact duration will depend on community feedback, balancing, optimization, and the overall state of the game. i want to release the full version when the game truly feels ready – rather than forcing it to meet an arbitrary deadline.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“During Early Access, i mainly want to improve, optimize, and expand the existing systems based on player feedback.

For the full version, planning additional events for the event hall, more items and customization options, greater variety between events, and further content and surprises.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already includes the complete core gameplay experience. You can freely design, expand, and operate your club, including lighting and sound systems, the bar, drinks, staff, electricity management, events, and numerous other management and sandbox systems.

It also includes the event hall with several different event types, a freely explorable game world, side activities, minigames, characters, secrets, and the story.

The game is already designed to provide many hours of gameplay as well as continued sandbox play beyond the main progression. During Early Access, the main focus will be on further polish, balancing, optimization, bug fixes, and additional content.

Early Access is not starting with a small prototype – most of the intended gameplay experience is already there.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The regular price is planned to remain unchanged after Early Access. There may be temporary discounts during the Early Access period, but the base price itself is not planned to increase.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I plan to actively involve the community in the game’s further development. Feedback on bugs, performance, balancing, usability, and existing game systems will directly influence future improvements.”

About This Game

BUILD YOUR CLUB. HOST EVENTS. TRY NOT TO BURN THE PLACE DOWN.

EVENTLOCATION SIMULATOR gives you your own event venue – and plenty of freedom to turn it into whatever you want.

Start with an empty club. Build your bar, customize walls and floors, place furniture, install sound systems, create your own lighting setup and connect everything to the power grid.

Then open the doors.

Hire staff, stock the bar, serve drinks, plan events, advertise your club and somehow try to have some money left at the end of the month.

And yes – things can catch fire.

YOUR CLUB. YOUR RULES.

You’re not choosing between three premade club designs.

Furniture, lounges, lighting, sound, decorations, neon signs, walls and floors – build the place the way you want it.

Your equipment needs power, circuits have limits, and even your electricity provider eventually wants to get paid.

And if managing your finances gets boring, just buy more lights.

It won’t solve your problems, but it’ll look better.

NOT EVERY NIGHT HAS TO BE THE SAME.

Besides regular club nights, you can plan different events and operate an additional event hall.

Build stages and concert setups, host piano or rock concerts, poker tournaments, bot fights or fight nights, and redesign the hall for whatever comes next.

Or spend half an hour moving a spotlight three inches to the left.

YES, THE NPCs ARE LOW-POLY.

Very low-poly.

But there are a lot of them.

NOT A SECOND JOB.

EVENTLOCATION SIMULATOR doesn’t want you to spend 20 hours putting the same box onto the same shelf.
