About This Game

Emergency. All staff report immediately.

The sirens never stop. Ambulances and helicopters keep bringing in patient after patient.

Your job is to work with your team (or sometimes run the whole place alone) and somehow deal with these patients.

Carry them, drag them, or throw them onto a bed. Patients thrash in pain, and your hands slip. Sedate them, strap them to the operating table, have your colleagues pin them down, then operate, bandage, and treat every last injury.

We value careful work

There is no fixed procedure. Treatment is left to your professional judgment. That said, please try to avoid kicking patients, throwing patients, or amputating perfectly healthy limbs for no reason. The quality of your work is reflected directly in the bill.

A hospital, a battlefield, a skyscraper, a moving train, a ship at sea, a spaceship, and the Moon. Over 25 hospitals across 7 settings. Wherever there are people, there are injuries, and wherever there are injuries, there is a workplace for you.

• Hospital: A perfectly ordinary hospital in Japan. Start here and gain some experience.

• Skyscraper: The top of the twin towers is ideal for air ambulance landings. Fall off and you die. So do your patients.

• Train: Underserved areas need a hospital that moves. Seize this business opportunity. Just watch out: the wheels and couplers are a serious threat to patients and doctors alike.

• Space: Pilot a spaceship and use its external arms to recover patients drifting in the void.

Wave Mode: Survive opening hours

Patients flood in the moment the doors open. Treat them during opening hours to earn cash, then spend it after closing to add beds and treatment equipment, upgrade your gear, and mop up the blood.

Every wave brings more patients with worse injuries. Can you keep your hospital running to the final wave without going bankrupt or causing a major medical accident?

Versus Mode: Fight over patients

Two hospitals face each other across a road, competing for the same patients. Grab them from the median, dodge the traffic, and haul them back to your own ward. Dump the difficult cases on your rival, and steal the profitable ones for yourself. And of course, you can take home the supplies your rival ordered.

Many specialties

Surgeons, anesthesiologists, physicians, and nurses. Each role has its own strengths. Someone cuts, someone sedates, someone diagnoses, someone supports, and the hospital falls apart if anyone is missing. Divide the work and save patients together.
