Gather and share the work Stack heroes on locations to draw water and gather reeds and stone. Keep several companions working at once.

Build and cook Combine workers and materials to build a campfire and cook meals, then expand into farming, shelter and equipment.

Sell spare cards and open packs to discover locations and recipes. Resources run out and food spoils: will you secure tomorrow's meals or make room for another companion?

Recruit outlaws. Arrange your formation.

Find your companions Follow leads about heroes, gather the supplies they need and send a companion to meet them. Put their talents to work around camp, then equip them to fight alongside you.

Make your formation count Choose positions and pair companions in each lane, combining attacks, shields and healing. Battles play out automatically and can be paused to inspect the action.

From a snowy escape to the convoy heist

Follow Lin Chong through the snow, find companions at Liangshan, then stock food and brew wine for the birthday convoy heist. Chinese-style card art and comic panels bring Water Margin to life, with different management goals in each chapter.

The current development build includes a prologue and two chapters, each with a fresh start. Learned recipes remain available across chapters within the same profile.
