The game's sound effects, the character voice lines and the background music are created with ElevenLabs generative AI (text-to-sound, text-to-speech and music), then edited, filtered and loudness-normalised by hand and shipped as fixed audio files. All audio is pre-generated; nothing is generated live at runtime. No other content is AI-generated: models and sprites are built in Blender, textures are drawn in code, and the store art and icon are rendered from the game or drawn by hand.

Nobody Clocks Out is a first-person shooter with frequent, stylized violence against human enemies. You shoot, burn and blow up armed private security guards, mercenaries and their bosses with firearms, explosives and improvised weapons such as a taser, pepper spray and scalding coffee. Hits show small puffs of pixel blood, enemies can be set on fire and scream as they burn, and the dead fall and stay on the floor. The player character can be shot and burned the same way. Everything is drawn as low-resolution pixel sprites, with no dismemberment or gore beyond this. The game features a slot machine played only with cash earned in-game (no real money and no currency bought with real money). There is no sexual content, no drug or alcohol use and no strong language.
