About This Game

NULL ROUTE is an online asymmetric PvP game of digital infiltration, investigation, and counterplay.

Two players enter the same network from opposite sides.

As GHOST, your job is to infiltrate systems, discover routes, exploit vulnerable machines, recover objectives, and complete the operation before your position is exposed.

As HUNTER, you work from the other side of the network. Analyze activity, follow suspicious connections, narrow down the attacker’s route, and disrupt the intrusion before GHOST escapes.

Every action creates information.

Scanning a machine may reveal the next step, but it can also create patterns your opponent can recognize. A route that looks safe can become compromised. An exposed device can force you to adapt. Progress is not only about moving forward — it is about deciding when to push deeper, when to change direction, and when to disappear.

A NETWORK UNDER PRESSURE

Navigate a procedural network of devices, relays, servers, and protected systems. Use Terminal commands and specialized tools such as NetMap and Scanner to understand the environment and act on incomplete information.

GHOST focuses on infiltration, access, routing, exploitation, and completing the objective.

HUNTER focuses on observation, investigation, narrowing possibilities, and applying pressure to the attacker’s route.

Both players interact with the same operation from different perspectives, creating a constant battle of information and misdirection.
