Snarebound is an asymmetric 2D multiplayer platformer where a team of Runners must survive a deadly course controlled by another player — the TrapMaster.

This is not a race to see who finishes first.

Runners need to survive the map, help each other through dangerous sections and find a way past traps controlled in real time by the opposing player.

Some obstacles can be overcome alone. Others demand timing, cooperation and trust. Sometimes one Runner may need to take the risk so the rest of the team can move forward.

Run, jump, dodge and adapt as the map turns against you.

Learn how each trap works, watch the TrapMaster's behaviour and work with your team to reach the objective.

A route that looks safe may only be safe because the TrapMaster is waiting for the perfect moment.

OUTSMART THE TRAPMASTER

One player controls the danger.

As the TrapMaster, watch how the Runners move, predict what they are about to do and activate traps when they are most vulnerable.

There is no fixed pattern to follow. Every decision depends on how the other players move, react and cooperate.

Wait too long and they may escape. Strike too early and you may waste your opportunity.

WORK TOGETHER

Snarebound is built around situations where cooperation matters.

Runners may need to wait for each other, deliberately trigger hazards, create openings for the team or take risks that would make no sense in a traditional race.

Reaching the objective is a shared problem to solve while another player is actively trying to stop you.

MAPS WITH THEIR OWN RULES

Each map introduces its own traps, environmental hazards and gameplay events.

Rain, sandstorms and other environmental effects can change visibility and atmosphere, while unique traversal mechanics force Runners to approach each level differently.

Learning the route gives you an advantage.

But with another player controlling the traps, no two rounds have to play out the same way.

Snarebound is built for players from around the world.

The interface is available in 49 languages, with global chat supporting the same language catalog.

Messages can be automatically detected and translated, helping players communicate even when they do not speak the same language.
