About This Game

NumeNume (ぬめぬめ) is an online hide-and-seek game where players blend into a crowd of look-alike characters.
The screen is full of ぬ — and hiding among them are め, controlled by real players.

Blend in as ぬ and run.

Runners play as め. Blend in with the dummy ぬ around you and survive until time runs out.

Wandered into a seeker's view? Don't give up just yet.
Act natural, and become just another ぬ — you'd be surprised how often nobody notices.

Spot the め and catch them.

Seekers search the crowd of characters for the め controlled by real players.

Don't let an odd shape or an unnatural move slip past you.
Combine a good read — "they're probably around here" — with your gut, and catch the め.

Play it your way.

Beyond ぬ and め, swap in all kinds of character sets, or use characters you've made yourself.

Familiar characters, distinctive characters — change the characters, and the tells change with them.
Combine that with fine-tuned rules, and the same old match feels fresh again.
