Shardkeep is a run-based roguelike where every battle is fought on a gem board. Skulls strike, shields guard, mana fuels your spellbook — and matching four or more keeps the turn yours. Enemies telegraph every move, then twist the board itself: frost that locks your gems, rocks that clog your lines, hexes that drain your matches.
