The Mayor’s Hand is a turn-based city-building strategy game where governing matters just as much as building.

Over a four-year term, use cards to launch projects, expand the city, and respond to new pressures every quarter while managing money, Administrative Capacity, and your workforce.

Every quarter forces difficult choices. Buildings need workers to operate, essential services depend on coverage and staff, and commerce and industry compete for limited resources. Not every problem can be solved with money alone.

Shape your deck throughout the run and expand your administration’s options with new projects and actions. Different cities bring their own geography, challenges, and recurring pressures, forcing you to adapt your strategy from one term to the next.

Public Trust is your political lifeline. Political Capital can shield your administration from some of the crises that hit the city, but that protection is temporary. Meet your objectives, keep essential services running, and reach the end of your term with enough support to face election day.
