About This Game

THE BUTCHER WARD is a co-op horror game where a routine night shift turns into a fight to get everyone out alive.

You and your crew have been sent into a condemned hospital to bring parts of the building back online. Restore power, repair electrical systems, restart generators, unlock secured areas, recover missing equipment, and complete maintenance requests scattered throughout the facility.

It sounds like a normal job.

It isn't.

Something is still living inside the hospital.

WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT

Every run sends your team into the hospital with a new set of objectives.

You may need to:

• Replace damaged fuses

• Restore power to hospital wards

• Restart backup generators

• Repair electrical panels

• Unlock security doors

• Search for keys, fuel and components

• Recover valuable equipment

• Complete optional high-risk objectives

The deeper you go, the more dangerous the shift becomes.

SURVIVE THE BUTCHER

The hospital is hunted by a hulking mutant known as The Butcher.

He patrols the halls, reacts to activity inside the building and can turn a simple repair job into complete chaos.

Run.

Hide.

Lock doors.

Distract him.

Or watch your friend become the reason you have enough time to escape.

HORROR IS BETTER WITH FRIENDS

Work together to complete objectives faster — or completely ruin the plan.

One player can search for a missing fuse while another repairs the generator. Someone can scout ahead with a flashlight while the rest of the team waits behind a locked door.

And when The Butcher appears, even the best plan can fall apart in seconds.

Expect panic, bad decisions, abandoned teammates and plenty of screaming.

SEARCH. REPAIR. SURVIVE.

Important items are scattered throughout the hospital.

Search maintenance rooms, offices, storage areas, treatment wards and restricted sections for the equipment you need to finish the job.

Some routes may be locked.

Some rooms may have no power.

And sometimes getting what you need means going exactly where you don't want to go.

THE HOSPITAL CHANGES EVERY SHIFT

Objectives, item locations, accessible areas and dangerous situations can change between runs.

A safe route from your previous shift may be blocked.

The tool you need may be somewhere else.

And The Butcher may not be where you expect him.

Learn the hospital — but never become too comfortable.

KNOW WHEN TO GET OUT

Complete your objectives, search for additional valuables and decide how much longer your team is willing to stay.

The longer you remain inside, the more opportunities you have to earn rewards.

But every extra room, every additional objective and every unnecessary detour gives The Butcher another chance to find you.

Sometimes the smartest decision is to finish the job.

Sometimes it's to leave your friend behind and run.
