What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We want to develop Beach Manager Simulator with feedback from players who enjoy hands-on simulation and management games. Early Access will help us refine the beach-restoration loop, business management, progression, and usability while development continues.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Early Access to last approximately six months. This is an estimate, and the timing may change based on development progress and player feedback. We will share progress updates on Steam.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to expand the later stages of resort and city growth, add more activities and content, and improve the existing business systems. We also plan to refine balancing, the interface, performance, and stability. The scope and priorities may change based on development progress and player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is currently in development. The current development build includes core systems for cleaning the beach, renting beach equipment, managing staff, constructing and upgrading facilities, growing a social-media following, and saving and loading progress. Content, balancing, usability, and stability are still being refined. We will update this description to reflect the playable release build before Early Access launches.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We are leaning toward raising the price as substantial content and features are added during Early Access or when the game reaches full release. No increase amount or date has been decided. We will announce any planned price change on Steam in advance.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to collect bug reports, suggestions, and feedback through the Steam Community discussions and our support email. Player feedback will help guide improvements to progression, balancing, usability, and content priorities. We plan to share development updates and explain major changes through Steam announcements.”

About This Game

Beach Manager Simulator is a first-person beach management sim packed with satisfying cleanup, hands-on business, boat rides, and fishing.

Clean up the beach → earn money from gear rentals → grow your business with new facilities and staff.

Grab your litter picker, fill your trash bag, and work your way across the sand. Watch the clutter disappear one piece at a time, then enjoy the satisfaction of a freshly cleared stretch of beach.

Step behind the rental counter and find the gear each guest is looking for. Hand it over, collect the payment, and get ready for the next customer. Every rental brings you closer to your next beach upgrade.

Put your earnings back into the beach with new facilities and decorations. Pick the spots, arrange the layout, and give the shore your own style. Enjoy watching a small operation grow into a beach with more to do.

Hire staff and assign them to jobs around the beach, from picking up litter to serving rental customers. Let your team handle the daily work while you decide what to expand next—or head out to enjoy the water yourself.

Ice cream after a swim, or a coffee for a little break? Keep the machines stocked beside your shop and hand each treat to a waiting guest. Wave them off with their order in hand, then get ready for the next customer.

Take the helm of a speedboat and tow a banana boat full of guests across the water. For a change of pace, run a yacht cruise and take in the coastline from out at sea.

Cast your line from the shore or a boat and wait for a bite. Keep an eye on the tension as you reel your catch closer. Then enjoy the moment your fish finally breaks the surface.

Sweep the sand with your metal detector and follow its signal to a promising spot. Dig beneath the surface and discover what was hiding under your feet—the next find is part of the fun.

Turn a patch of sand into an impressive sandcastle or towering sculpture. Step back to admire the result, and enjoy the cheers as guests gather around your creation.

Bring the beach to life after dark with a show of your own. Watch the lights come on and the crowd start dancing as your seaside business becomes the place to spend the evening.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Generative AI tools were used during development to assist with some pre-generated 2D artwork and UI imagery, 3D models and animations, instrumental music and sound effects, localization drafts, and portions of the game code. As a solo developer, I selected, edited, integrated, and reviewed all of these outputs before inclusion. The game does not generate content at runtime and does not send player input to generative AI services.
