ManiWheel is an idle incremental game about combining letters and accumulating Virtue and Mercy.

A mani wheel is a sacred object used in Tibetan Buddhism. Spinning it is said to grant the same virtue as reciting scripture. In this game, you will place various letters on your mani wheel and link together the effects they activate as it spins, gradually building your own engine for generating Virtue.

Combine Letters and Build Your Own Mani Wheel

Letters have a wide variety of effects. Some generate Virtue, some accelerate the wheel, some strengthen adjacent letters, and others generate new letters.

Even a small effect can produce dramatically different results depending on its position, activation order, and connections with the letters above, below, left, and right. Acquire new letters, experiment with their placement, and discover increasingly powerful interactions.

Gather Souls and Combine Front and Back Effects

As you progress, you will unlock Souls that drift around the mani wheel, as well as Letter Fusion, which allows a single letter to carry two separate effects.

Souls produce nothing on their own, but when combined with the right letters, they can generate Virtue, Mercy, or even new letters. Fuse high-rarity letters to create more complex, dual-sided letters whose front and back effects activate in sequence.

Spend Mercy and Open the Path to Reincarnation

Once you have accumulated Mercy, open the Reincarnation Map. Gradually unlock adjacent spaces to permanently strengthen your mani wheel or preserve letters to carry into your next reincarnation.

Each reincarnation expands your options, allowing you to experiment with new combinations and entirely different paths of progression.
