About This Game

Story:

The city is once again experiencing strange weather.

A mysterious downpour causes anyone caught in the rain to turn into a frog.

Once the rain stops, they return to human form.

No one knows where the Frog Rain comes from, nor when it will strike again.

For most people, the Frog Rain has already become a part of everyday life.
But for me, a transfer student, it becomes an opportunity to connect with others and form meaningful bonds.

In these absurd yet peaceful days, I try to get closer to them and understand them.

Little by little, I begin to discover the desires and secrets hidden in each person's heart.

Gameplay:

A story-driven, multi-route visual novel where your choices lead to different experiences.
The game focuses on intimate relationships and character growth, with some routes containing romance or horror elements.

200,000+ words, 4 interactive characters, and 10 endings.

Each playthrough takes approximately 3–5 hours, with 10–15 hours required to collect all endings.

Characters:

• Main Characters (5):

Chun Ran: The protagonist and a transfer student. She wants to make friends, but the only people left for her to befriend are these four weirdos.

Jin Xiao: An honor student who looks down on everyone else—and looks down on you, too.

Bu Yuezhi: Always seems to be in a bad mood after waking up, and smells faintly of disinfectant.

Ku Limu: Acts and speaks somewhat strangely, and seems to be isolated by the other students in the class.

Tian Sinong: A campus peddler with a loud voice. The quality of his goods is pretty poor.

Content Warnings:

• Some characters cannot be pursued romantically;

• Contains LGBTQ+ content and same-sex romance;

• Contains a love-triangle-style route in which you can develop an intimate relationship with two characters at the same time;

• Deals with themes including surrealism, loneliness, death, trauma, and deception, and contains murder, suicide, violence, and blood. Some scenes may be psychologically intense;

• Contains non-sexual nudity;

• Contains a lot of frog imagery;

• This work is entirely fictional and is not related to any real person, group, event, or other real-world entity.

Development Plans:

• As of September 2026, the 200,000+ word script has been fully completed, and art and presentation work are underway. Development logs and previews will be posted on Weibo and Xiaohongshu from time to time. Feel free to follow us ^_^!

• Demo: Coming by the end of 2026. It includes part of the story before the character routes branch off, with an estimated playtime of 2 hours.

• Full Release: Planned for summer 2027. The full version will support Chinese and English, with a Japanese localization currently under discussion.

• All story content, presentation, UI, and character settings are subject to change and will be finalized in the full release.
