Many effects evolve when they reach a certain number of stacks, transforming into more powerful (or completely different) versions of themselves. A modest effect played early can become the card that decides the match... if you give it time.

Every game is a constant decision between spending now and continuing to accumulate. Do you wait one more turn for your effect to mutate, or unleash it now before your opponent snatches it away? Every stack you hold is a promise of power, and a risk your rival can punish.
