About This Game

Wyrdane is a tactical card game where every board decision matters. Face other players in 1v1 matches or test yourself against a challenging AI, in a combat system where positioning, resources, and timing make all the difference.

Four Factions, Four Ways to Play

Pick your faction and build a deck around its strengths:

• Undead — bring your minions back from the dead, spread infection, and grind your opponent down through attrition.

  

• Human — lean on faction synergy and defensive auras to win the exchanges that matter.

• Demon — power has a price: sacrifice your own health for devastating effects, manage corruption and fear.

  

• Abomination — an unstable, unpredictable playstyle still taking shape.

  

Each faction has its own dedicated resource, played onto the board turn after turn, choosing to commit to a single faction or spread across several becomes a real strategic decision.

A Living Board

Front and Back rows, Ritual and Enchantment zones, chained effects, targeted sacrifices: every match in Wyrdane plays out on a dynamic board where positioning your minions matters just as much as the cards you play.

Face Whoever You Want

• Online 1v1 multiplayer through Steam — host a game, jump into a quick match, or invite a friend directly from the lobby.

• Solo mode against the AI — three difficulty levels, from a warm-up match to an opponent that will genuinely punish your mistakes.

Build Your Strategy

A full deck builder lets you assemble your decks from over 300 cards, filtering by type, faction, and cost. Find the right balance between faction cards, resource cards, and flexibility.

The entire interface and every card are fully translated, for a smooth experience in both languages.

A Fair Fight, Always

Wyrdane will never sell cards that are stronger than what you can earn for free. No paid boosters, no pay-to-win advantage — ever. Any future monetization (cosmetics, seasonal content) will only ever affect how your deck looks, never how it plays.

As a solo developer working without a starting budget, this is a pragmatic choice to bring the game's world to life and test its mechanics without a professional illustration budget. If the project finds its audience, the goal is to progressively replace these visuals with artwork made by human illustrators.

Game design, card balance, game mechanics, world-building, and creative direction are entirely human-made. AI is a production tool, not the creator of this game.
