About This Game

Take your rivalry underground

Two tanks. Uncharted ground. Your own way through. Tunnel Brawl is an online 1v1 tank combat game where you carve the battlefield as you play. Dig through the darkness, discover your rival’s tunnels, and decide when to attack and when to pull back.

No path? Make one.

Cut through earth and work around solid rock. A new route can set up a surprise attack, but it also leaves a trail your opponent can follow. Every duel turns the underground into a network of passages, cover and ambush opportunities.

Make every bit of energy count

Fast digging and cannon fire draw from the same energy pool. Push your attack, or save enough to get home. Run out of energy and your tank immediately explodes, giving your opponent a point. Return to your base in time to replenish energy, repair your shield and get back into the fight.

Short matches. Lasting rivalries.

Be the first to score three takedowns within an eight-minute match. Get destroyed, respawn at your base and adapt your approach. When the match ends, the full map reveals the routes and scars that tell the story of your duel.

  • Online 1v1 combat with tank-style movement and independent turret aiming.

  • Procedurally generated underground maps, destructible earth and solid rock formations.

  • Limited visibility, exploration and surprise attacks through tunnels you create.

  • A shared energy pool for cannon fire and fast digging, replenished at your base.

  • Windows, macOS and Linux, with English and Czech interfaces.

The core experience is online combat between two players and requires an internet connection. Tunnel Brawl is in development; the gameplay captures on this page show the current alpha.

An independent indie game inspired by the DOS classic Tunneler. Created by Josef “Chose” Šíma and published by Supro Nivelo s.r.o.
