About This Game

Crystaria Online is a living, text-based MMORPG built as an homage to the greats of the late 90's and early 00's. Built from the ground up by a Solo Developer with a passion to make a world that is enjoyable by all.

◆ An ever expanding world. Explore the overworld, descend into the corrupted Underworld, then ascend to a sky!

◆ 18 classes, endless builds. From Fighter to Astromancer, each with its own resource loop, weapon artes, spells and signature ultimates. Attunements, Mastery tiers, set relics and Ascension let you tune every part of your character.

◆ Combat where every stat matters. Your build is the ceiling. Elements, Signs and Resonance reward reading the fight — and every one of the dungeons carries an identity that changes everytime you descend into them.

◆ The Shifting Labyrinth. A classical looking maze which stretches into the far beyond. Buffs can be selected on each floor and progress is saved every 5 floors. A never-ending delve!

◆ Guilds that go to war. Join a guild, shape its ranks, claim territory, raise a floating "Skyhold" — then declare war against another. Collect resources to bolster your weapons and defenses.

◆ A realm that lives by the week. Realm Events rotate the world's bonuses every week, guilds chase fresh objectives, and the entire player base works toward a shared Realm Goal — clear it together and everyone starts next week stronger.

Crystaria Online contains mild fantasy violence: turn-based, menu-driven combat against fantasy monsters (beasts, undead, elementals, void creatures), described in text and depicted with small pixel-art sprites. There is no blood, gore, or realistic depiction of injury or death.

The game includes a Gambling Den where players can wager an in-game currency (gold) on games of chance. This uses in-game gold only — the game contains no real-money purchases of any kind, so no real money can be spent or won.
