1. AGREEMENT.
By installing or playing Crystaria Online ("the Game") you agree to this End User License Agreement and to the Crystaria Online Terms of Service (https://www.crystaria-online.com/tos.php) and Game Rules (https://www.crystaria-online.com/gamerules.php), which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game. This Agreement is between you and the operators of Crystaria Online and is in addition to, not in place of, the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

2. ONLINE SERVICE.
The Game is an online-only service. The Steam application connects to the Crystaria Online servers, and an internet connection and a Crystaria Online account (or guest session) are required to play. Your progress, characters, and items are stored on our servers, not on your device.

3. LICENSE.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Game or its content, or use it for any commercial purpose.

4. ACCOUNTS AND CONDUCT.
You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. One account per person. You agree not to use bots, scripts, macros, or other automation; not to exploit bugs without reporting them; not to harass or abuse other players; and not to attempt unauthorised access to the service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. VIRTUAL ITEMS.
All in-game items, currency, characters, and progress are part of the service and remain the property of the operators of Crystaria Online. You receive a license to use them in the Game, not ownership. The Game contains no real-money purchases. Real-money trading of accounts, items, or currency is prohibited.

6. USER CONTENT.
The Game includes player-to-player chat. You are responsible for what you write. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and chat access at our discretion.

7. AGE.
You must be at least 13 years old to play, or have parental/guardian consent where required by your jurisdiction.

8. TERMINATION.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or the Game Rules. You may stop using the Game at any time; account deletion can be requested via the contact below.

9. DISCLAIMER.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Crystaria Online are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of in-game items, progress, or data arising from downtime, technical failure, or account action.

10. CHANGES.
We may update the Game and this Agreement over time. Continued play after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-game or on the website.
