Summer 2003. An empty road leads through the dusty desert of Wyoming...

Once it was a bustling part of the U.S. highway system, but has since been replaced by faster connections. A single bar still welcomes the occasional traveler passing through. Despite its remoteness, this tavern seems to be more closely connected to the mysteries of the universe than one might think.

You're the bartender. Learn about the wonders of this world through deep conversations with your guests. Mix drinks that resonate with the emotions and longings stirring within them. Or simply serve whatever sounds good.

• More than 30 ingredients await. The twist? Each one has a unique sound. Combine up to three ingredients to create your ultimate relaxing soundscape. What about 'autumn breeze' + 'escaped the thunder' or 'summer meadow on the riverbank' + 'quiet village in snow' - with a splash of 'new love' on top?

• Many of the soundscapes are based on a non-linear system with multiple (binaural) layers. The ingredients always sound slightly different, and you can still discover new details even after listening for a while.

• In addition, Tavern on the Old Road features a dreamy OST with music composed specifically for the game.

• The story primarily unfolds through rich text-based dialogue. Choose from various response options to express your perspective and offer advice on the strange situations your guests find themselves in.

• Influence the travelers' mood. Offer them gifts, or be rude and live with the consequences.

• Uncover the bartender's secret. What is he really doing out here in this secluded refuge?

  

• Tavern on the Old Road is set in a parallel universe where much seems ordinary at first glance. But look closer, and you will find secrets lying behind the curtain: hidden societies, extraordinary abilities and unexplained weather phenomena. Here, the mysterious is ever-present – and yet, somehow, perfectly normal. A universe inspired by magical realism.
