HAVE A STARING CONTEST WITH THE SARCOPHAGUS

Something ancient and powerful is sealed inside a sarcophagus at the heart of an abandoned research complex.

As long as you maintain visual contact, it remains closed. Look away, and the sarcophagus slowly begins to open. If it opens completely, the primordial being within will break free, and you will become a thing of the past.

WATCHING IT KEEPS YOU ALIVE. IT DOESN’T SOLVE THE PROBLEM

The sarcophagus cannot be watched forever. Not least because you’re running out of oxygen.

Somewhere within the deserted corridors lies a way to stop the being for good. To find it, you must leave the chamber behind and venture deeper into the complex, all while finding ways to keep the sarcophagus closed.

Every step away is a risk. Every return may reveal that something has changed.

THE THING WITHIN WILL ADAPT

Visual contact is only a temporary solution. The being is not passive. It will adapt, forcing you to abandon familiar routines and find new routes. Understanding its behavior may be the only way to survive it.

CONSTANT TENSION, NO REST

Sarco builds its horror around a persistent, visible threat rather than sudden scripted shocks. You know where the danger is. You know how to delay it temporarily. The tension comes from knowing that you cannot keep watching forever. Both your time and resources are severely limited while your enemy grows stronger.

Sarco cannot be paused or saved and must be completed in a single sitting.
