Build a tank worth watching

Sculpt the substrate into hills and valleys, plant carpets and stems, place hardscape, and recolor anything until the tank reads exactly the way you want. There's no correct layout. There's only the one you can't stop looking at.

Go live. Pull in sponsors.

A tank worth watching draws an audience. Stream it, share it, and let people watch your fish do their thing. That attention brings sponsors, who send you jobs ie: "keep six zebra danios happy", "complete a themed scape" or "hit a cleanliness streak" etc. Finish them and they reward you with the good stuff: rarer plants, stranger decor, and fish you haven't met yet. The bigger your fanbase, the wilder the tanks you can build.

Get to know your fish

The fish aren't wallpaper. Every one has a temperament that shows up in how it behaves; some are show-offs, some are shy, some only settle once the tank starts to feel like home. Point your camera and catch them mid-moments such as a zoomie, a feeding frenzy, or a lazy loop-the-loop and log it to a field guide that fills in slowly, like a naturalist's notebook. Every discovery is dated. The guide becomes a diary of your tank's history.
