“I plan to remain in Early Access for 6 to 12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full version, we plan to significantly expand the game's content:
More tools: New diagnostic equipment (MRI, lung scanners, spectrometers) and advanced laboratory modules.
Diverse pathologies: Additional symptom trees, complex diagnoses, and new ways the "Special Disease" interacts with the body.
In-depth faction events: Expanded narrative and economic mission systems involving the State, the Mafia, and the Cult of Carriers.
Customization and progression: Additional visual elements for characters and the clinic, as well as Steam achievements and trading cards.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“In the current build, you can diagnose patients, treat common diseases, and find a cure for randomly generated 'Special Diseases' all in up to 6-player co-op.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“As things stand, I'm not planning to raise the price upon leaving Early Access, it all depends on the amount of content and community activity”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“This is my first release so i want to collect feedback from players so we can improve the gameplay together and add new features based on your suggestions. I will actively read the posts on the Steam forums.”
