About This Game

This project is in its very early stages of development. Add it to your wishlist and watch it grow!

"I have high expectations for you, but I can't see your core competitiveness. If things go on like this, you'll be fired at any time."

This is a workplace survival card-based decision-making game. You will play the role of a newly hired corporate drone. Starting as an intern, you must make choices across a series of outrageous yet oddly familiar event cards.

Every single day, you will face brand-new workplace dilemmas:

  • Accidentally dragging your boss into a massive thousands-of-people company chat room that you meant to use for celebrity gossip.

  • Senior employees starting to pass down the unwritten rules of slacking off during lunch breaks.

  • Using AI to write your weekly report so well that it accidentally exposes how unhumanly productive you are.

  • Dinners, gossip, gift-giving, promotions, goofing off, passing the buck, or taking the blame—everything will find its way to you in some subtle, unavoidable way.

Every choice you make will directly impact four key attributes:

  • Boss's Trust

  • Team Popularity

  • Work Output

  • Personal Savings

If they drop too low, you are screwed. But keeping them too high might not be safe either. Your goal is not to be a perfect employee, but to survive as many days as possible amid this absurd, realistic, familiar, and slightly painful corporate routine.

The company won't wait until you're ready.
The next card is already on its way.
