Become a medieval doctor in a city ravaged by disease, war, and desperation.

In Save Us, Doctor Faust!, there are no quest markers telling you what to do, no glowing ingredients, and no magic button that instantly solves every medical problem.

You must learn, observe, experiment, and make your own decisions.

Study diseases in your medical textbook. Examine your patients. Prepare medicines by hand. Manage scarce resources. And remember: a mistake in the laboratory can cost someone their life.

LEARN MEDICINE. YOURSELF.

Your medical textbook is your most important tool.

Study diseases, symptoms, treatments, and medicinal ingredients. Take notes directly on its pages with a pencil. Write down your discoveries, useful combinations, symptoms, and anything else you think might help you survive as a doctor.

But the game will not hold your hand.

There are no automatic diagnoses. No objective markers telling you which medicine to create. No convenient list of ingredients that magically solves every problem.

If you want to become a better doctor, you have to study.

Read. Observe. Remember.

Your knowledge is your greatest tool.

PREPARE MEDICINE BY HAND

Medicine is not created by simply clicking a recipe.

Raw ingredients must be carefully processed before they can become useful.

Grind herbs, minerals, and other substances in a mortar and pestle. Prepare your ingredients and turn them into the components needed for more complex remedies.

The way you process your ingredients matters.
