About This Game

THE SECOND FLOOR SHOULD NOT REPEAT

It is 2003. Your shift is over, but the government office will not let you leave.

The second floor keeps repeating. Every time you return, something may have changed: a missing object, a chair facing the wrong way, a light flickering when it should not, or something moving through the halls.

Learn what normal looks like. Trust your memory. Then choose the correct elevator.

THE LIT ELEVATOR — something changed. Reset the loop.

THE DARK ELEVATOR — everything is normal. Move forward.

Choose incorrectly, and you return to the beginning.

THE VOICE ON THE PHONE

Dragojlo, a tired coworker from another department, is trapped here too. Talk to him in your own words and ask for help—but decide carefully how much you trust him.

Dragojlo is powered by a language model and responds in character in real time. There are no predefined dialogue trees. He notices kindness, contempt, trust and suspicion, and the relationship you build influences which of six endings awaits you.

Sometimes he helps.

Sometimes he needs you more than you need him.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Loop 9 uses generative AI to power text-only dialogue with Dragojlo, a fictional in-game coworker. Player-written messages and limited game-state context are sent through our backend to OpenAI to generate brief in-character replies. Some store marketing artwork was created with AI assistance and reviewed and edited by the developer. Player messages and generated replies are not shared with other players.
