About This Game

The mansion is mad at the bimbous, and they need your help!

Thousands of their precious specimen jars are scattered across this spooky mansion. They're on the floors, down the walls and piled up in corners, and hundreds more sit on the wrong shelves. Bats, brains, frogs, tongues, rubber ducks, the odd homunculus, and more. This Halloween you're their Jarkeeper, and every single jar has to find its way home.

3,120 jars. One right place for each.

Every jar is one of a kind: 26 specimens, 6 colors, 10 catalogue codes, bare or in bloom.

• The specimen picks the shelf. A flower on the lid means the jar belongs on the Bloom (flowery) version of that shelf.

• The color picks the row.

• The catalogue code picks the spot along the row.

Take it one step at a time: finish a row, then a shelf, then the whole house.

Carry an armful

Scoop up jars, take a good look at them, and help them find their way home.

A spell for every job

Learn a handful of spells, each made for one specific job:

• Kinstrike: Call down lightning outside the mansion, and the siblings of the jar in your hand glow through walls, shelves, anything.

• Magnet: Matching jars come flying into your arms.

• Panic: Misfiled jars glow red, shake and scream. Perfect for catching the culprits.

• Swarm: Jars circle around you in a ring and file themselves when you get close to their shelf.

• Poltergeist: The jars in your arms float off to find their own way home.

• Collate: Your armful shuffles itself into catalogue order.

There are also two passive spells:

• Frog Leap: Double jump to reach the second floor without taking the stairs.

• Cashback: Filing jars correctly by hand brings your spells off cooldown faster.

How haunted?

• Chill: Just you, the rain, the shelves and the bimbous.

• Spooky: The mansion fights back. Power cuts throw you into Halloween darkness, earthquakes rattle jars off the shelves, and noir episodes turn the whole house into a scratchy black-and-white film, gramophone music and all.

• Nightmare: The lights never come back, the film never ends, and the quakes hit harder.

Switch between Chill and Spooky whenever you like.
