What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Nightclub Manager is already fully playable, with its core management and decision-making systems in place. Early Access will allow us to gather player feedback while improving balance, expanding scenarios and random events, and refining the overall experience before the full release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We have not set a definite date yet. Nightclub Manager will remain in Early Access for as long as necessary to evaluate player feedback, improve existing systems, and make sure the game is ready for its full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full release, we plan to offer more employee scenarios and random events, improved game balance, greater content variety, and general gameplay improvements. We also aim to refine existing systems based on player feedback and make the overall Nightclub Manager experience more complete and polished.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Nightclub Manager is currently fully playable from start to finish. Players can evaluate different scenarios presented by employees, make decisions, and manage the stats that affect the condition of the nightclub. The game also includes simple interactive gameplay mechanics such as extinguishing fires, dealing with thieves, and keeping the club clean. During Early Access, we plan to improve and balance the existing content while adding new content to the game.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually increase the price during Early Access depending on the scope of new content, features, and development work added to the game. The full release price will be determined based on the level of content and quality the game reaches during development.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to directly review player comments and feedback and incorporate them into the development process. In particular, we aim to improve the game by evaluating feedback related to balance, content variety, gameplay, and the overall user experience.”

About This Game

Build and manage your own nightclub in a decision-driven management simulator where every choice can shape the future of your business.

You are the highest authority in the club. There is no boss above you — every important decision is yours to make.

Throughout the game, different characters will come to you with their own unique scenarios, requests, complaints, proposals, and problems. Each character has their own situations to deal with, and it is up to you to decide whether to approve or reject what they ask. Your decisions can help the club, create new problems, or push the business closer to failure.

Your choices directly affect four core stats: Security, Money, Reputation, and Staff Satisfaction. There is rarely a perfect answer. A decision that benefits one part of the nightclub may damage another, so you must decide which risks are worth taking and keep the different sides of the business under control.

But running the nightclub is not just about making decisions.

Keep the venue clean, because leaving dirt and mess around the club will cause your Reputation to fall.

Security also has direct consequences. As your Security level decreases, the chance of a thief entering the nightclub increases. If a thief appears, you can confront and beat them up before they escape.

Fires can also break out inside the nightclub. When they do, you will need to react quickly, grab a fire extinguisher, and put out the flames before the situation gets worse.

Your management determines how the story of your nightclub ends. There are 5 different endings in total: 4 losing endings and 1 winning ending.

Key Features

  • Run the nightclub as the person with the final say.

  • Meet different characters, each with their own unique scenarios.

  • Approve or reject requests and deal with the consequences.

  • Balance Security, Money, Reputation, and Staff Satisfaction.

  • Clean the nightclub to prevent your Reputation from falling.

  • Manage Security to reduce the chance of thieves appearing.

  • Confront and fight thieves who enter your club.

  • React to fires and extinguish them before they become a bigger problem.

  • Experience 5 different endings based on how well you manage the nightclub.

Every decision matters. Balance your priorities, deal with unexpected problems, and keep your nightclub alive long enough to reach the winning ending.
