Desktop Mochipal is a warm and relaxing desktop pet simulation game. Create your own unique desktop companion to keep you company while you work, study, or simply daydream.

Pet its head to build affection, feed it its favorite food to restore energy, or just watch it wander around your desktop. Sometimes it'll leave a little note and head off on an adventure, returning a while later with small gifts it found along the way.

Every interaction affects its mood, hunger, and affection—three stats that rise and fall naturally, making you feel the warmth of a real pet's companionship.

This game uses generative AI to power the pet's dialogue system. Players can choose to enable AI chat and freely select a local model (running offline) or a cloud API (requires their own API key), or completely disable AI chat and use preset or custom dialogue instead. Every AI conversation is generated in real time.
