Why Early Access?

“I'm a solo developer, and a management sim has to feel right over many hours of play. Early Access lets me shape the economy, pacing and co-op around how you actually play, instead of guessing.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Around 12–18 months. It's an estimate, not a deadline.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I plan to add more services (repair, hull cleaning, painting), more berths and ship types, more shops in town, deeper staff management, and more missions and events. My goal is for the town to grow and change along with your marina.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core loop is fully playable: negotiate with ships, berth them, unload cargo to the shops in town, load supplies, refuel boats, hire staff and expand your marina. There's a tutorial, missions, dynamic weather, a day/night cycle and online co-op for up to 8 players. Expect balance changes and some bugs.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will increase when the game leaves Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Join the Discord or the Steam forums. I read every bug report and suggestion, post regular updates, and run polls on upcoming features.”

Marina Manager is a hands-on management game about turning a small harbor business into the driving force behind a growing Mediterranean island.

Start small, take care of the work yourself and earn your first money from the boats visiting your harbor.

Invest your profits, improve your marina, attract more traffic and build an operation capable of handling bigger and more valuable opportunities.

But your success doesn't stop at the docks. As your marina grows, the town around it grows with you.

Choose which boats to serve, which opportunities are worth taking and how much of your limited capacity you're willing to commit.
