Void Inc. is a workplace management sim with hands-on IT tasks, corporate nonsense, and creeping horror. As a startup's Head of Technology, you'll manage the team, tackle your own workload, and answer to the CEO while the office gets stranger around you.

Clear emails to the beat, connect circuits to repair infrastructure, and time your inputs to land a hotfix. The tasks you take on become games you actually play, with results that affect the working day. Inbox zero is now a skill issue.

PLAN THE WORK. DO THE WORK.

Your name is on the schedule too. Decide what to handle yourself, what to delegate, and when your team needs a break. Hire staff, take on company projects, and choose upgrades as the business grows. Build a team that can handle more than one crisis at a time. You'll need it.

FUEL YOUR TEAM

Draw coffee cards and choose who gets each drink: you or someone on the team. Different brews affect work speed, stress, and recovery; your own cup can make the hands-on tasks more forgiving. Match the coffee to the workload. There are only so many mugs to go around.

Get through weekly CEO reviews by choosing between honest answers and corporate spin. Your replies affect money, stress, and sanity. Suggest cancelling pointless meetings and you may be invited to discuss it in a meeting. At least you know where the afternoon went.

As sanity slips, timing windows tighten and repair timers shrink. Familiar tasks become harder just as the office starts to look and sound wrong. Manage the pressure, keep the company functioning, and try to explain the things you saw on the way back to your desk.
