About This Game

Welcome to Jungle Tavern — a multiplayer poker showdown full of lies, high stakes, betrayal, and last-second comebacks.

This is an online competitive game that blends poker-building, random rule modifiers, and social deception. Up to 4 players sit at the same table each match, playing through three rounds of cards while earning chips, stacking multipliers, forging cards, calling out opponents, and using drink abilities to survive the chaos of the tavern.

In Jungle Tavern, your hand does not always tell the truth.

Players can forge their cards into different ranks or suits, then boldly claim they are real. Maybe you only have a weak card, but you can turn it into the final piece to unlock a powerful hand. Maybe you play a real card, but act suspiciously on purpose to bait someone into calling you out.

Other players can challenge your cards, but doing so is not free. Both sides must wager cards from their hands. Guess correctly, and your opponent pays the price. Guess wrong, and you may lose a key card — or hand victory to someone else.

Every card you play is a mind game.

Random cartridges change the rules

Each match features up to 4 random Cartridges. These modifiers change the rules, objectives, and value of different hands, making every game feel different.

Some Cartridges reward specific suits or ranks. Others alter victory goals or turn rare hands into comeback opportunities. You might be one step away from winning, only for a new rule to flip the entire situation. Or you might notice an overlooked Cartridge effect and pull off a shocking comeback in the final round!

You cannot rely on one fixed strategy. You must be prepared to adapat to the rules and think quickly in this dynamic poker match.

Each drink has a unique flavor and effect

In Jungle Tavern, drinks are not just there to quench your thirst.

Each player can order a drink with a special effect. These drinks act like powerful one-time abilities: swap cards, disrupt opponents, set traps, form temporary alliances, or even turn a game that looked already decided.

One drink can help an underdog turn the tables — or make the leader crash instantly. Use it to protect your hand, expose someone else’s lies, or create unexpected, hilarious, and dramatic moments.
