FlashBoss defaults to American English. To bridge the gap, this pack adds the British English Female voice to your cards — warm, competent and charismatic; confident, clear and friendly. A neutral, modern British accent reading every word and example sentence aloud with exemplary pronunciation.

A note on spelling: while the interface remains in American English, every English pack carries a full British text layer. With a British voice active, FlashBoss follows it — your cards switch to -ise, metre, centre and colour automatically — the written word always matches the spoken one. HELP & OPTIONS → Preferences → ENGLISH SPELLING pins American or British text regardless of which voice is active.

This voice installs as your default. The moment it is installed it takes over as the reading voice, and your English cards follow it into British spelling. Both are reversible at any time, and independently: go to HELP & OPTIONS → Preferences, where ENGLISH SPELLING pins American, British or Auto, and Audio & Voice Settings restores the American default voice.
