Who this course is for: you speak German, Japanese, Spanish or Chinese, and you want to learn English. Every card teaches one English word — with a translation, a translated example sentence, and study notes in your language. The whole game interface speaks your language too. This page is in English, but the course is not: it meets you in German, Japanese, Spanish or Simplified Chinese from the first card.

Who this course is NOT for: native English speakers. It teaches the first 1,000 words of English — words you already know. Your English packs are Adept and Advance, included in the base game, or any of the 'Roots Packs'.
