Well now you can!

Shanking Simulator is a 2D platformer fighting game where you fight in multiple locations with different hazards in your way. Fight with your friends locally or online with up to 8 players, collect drip clothing and master the art of shanking.

Multiple different main weapons and special abilities to learn and use.

6 different maps to play in at launch and potentially more to come in the future.

Character Customization:

Shanking Simulator has Steam Inventory so you can collect and trade your clothing (drip) with other people in the steam marketplace.

Local & Online Multiplayer With Up To 8 Players:

Play locally on your couch or with friends worldwide with multiplayer support up to 8 players! (Currently there are no dedicated servers but that might come in the future)

Singleplayer Campaign (Thug Trials):

Speedrun your way through various different maps with their own obstacles and beat records.

Disclaimer

Because of a hardcoded limitation in the Windows XInput API, only up to four XInput Xbox controllers can be connected and recognized simultaneously.

For slots 5–8 you must use other controllers like DualShock/DualSense, DirectInput devices, or other non-XInput controllers.

We are sorry about this inconvenience for the players who only have Xbox controllers, but there's not really much we can do about it.
